Monday HIITT (High Intensity Interval Trick or Treat) and Conditioning

This fun 50 minute class is a rigorous, full-body workout that will boost your heart rate while building strength and endurance. Expect varying interval lengths, a variety of movements using both weights and/or bodyweight, and accessible modifications to make HIIT an efficient and effective workout for all fitness levels.

Pop-Up: Tarot Readings With Heronkind

Lauren Trombino-Walleser is a witch, tarot reader, astrologer, reiki master, and writer who lives in Somerville. She created Heronkind Stories & Healing after more than a decade of personal devotion to energy healing and a lifelong passion for magic. Lauren is honored to share these gifts through one-on-one sessions and community events. In all of her work, she hopes to inspire people to take care of the Earth, themselves, and each other. She’ll be offering 15 minute mini-tarot readings, first come first serve (there will be a sign-up sheet).

Intro to Bouldering

Bringing new pals to the party or new to climbing or Bouldering Project yourself? Kick things off with our 45-minute class that introduces you to our facility and equips you with the fundamentals needed to begin climbing. Our supportive, friendly staff will cover the basics of climbing safety, etiquette, and technique.

Learn the Ropes

Pair party time with learning in our 2-hour introductory level class for those that want to climb higher than boulders have to offer. Learn how to tie a figure eight knot, how to use a GriGri, how to check an indoor top rope system, and gain the experience needed to start your top rope adventure, leaving class with the skills needed to pass a top rope belay test.

Power yoga is a faster-paced flow/vinyasa yoga class built around developing strength and endurance. It is a dynamic style that links breath and movement, and helps move the body to clear the mind. In one of these classes, expect plenty of options to level up or tone it down based on how you are feeling that day. Come get your heart rate up, strengthen and stretch your muscles, and connect with your breath!

Special Barbell Club: Day of the Deadlifts

Our all levels Barbell Club will challenge you to get stronger and more powerful. As part of a supportive team and with coaching to build your ability with a barbell in movements such as squats, deadlifts, presses, and rows, you’ll leave the class feeling like the weight of the world has nothing on you.
