Brief Class Descriptions

Foundation Flow

In this class, you will learn a set series of Vinyasa poses to effectively observe your evolving practice.

Power Flow

Taught in a heated studio (80-85F), this powerful and energetic yoga class will move from one pose to the next while connecting your breath to your movements.

Slow Flow

This class provides a safe and supportive environment to explore the essence of Vinyasa yoga.

Restore

This slower-paced yoga class is designed to help release stress and tension stored in the physical and energetic body. You will leave feeling relaxed and blissed out. This class is great for beginners!
