Yoga Classes Austin

Bend Don't Break

We’ll meet you along the path.

For some Bouldering Project members, yoga is the main event, while others find that their yoga practice helps maintain longevity, resilience, and flexibility in their climbing journey. Either way, we remember that yoga is a pathway of ancient physical, mental, and spiritual practices that is more important now than ever. Savor every breath.

Each class can be adapted for desired level of intensity.

For ages 14+.

ALIGN

ALIGN draws inspiration from Hatha yoga, from the Sanskrit “Ha” (solar) and “Tha” (lunar), representing the balance of opposing energies. The class emphasizes intentional, self-paced movement, allowing participants time to explore each posture with clarity and purpose. Foundational poses are practiced with attention to breath, alignment, and supportive hand placement. This accessible format supports those new to yoga while giving experienced practitioners space to refine technique and deepen body awareness.
