We build our fitness programming around a tenet — what would be difficult alone, becomes approachable together. Our team prides itself on creating classes that welcome but also push you to explore the limits of what your body can do on any given day. Whether you’re a climber looking to build resilience or simply working on increasing stamina and strength, our instructors tailor classes to you wherever you are along the path.
For ages 14+. Youth ages 14-17 must be accompanied by an adult supervisor in class.
STRENGTH BOOTCAMP
A twist on our Strength offering, this workout integrates total body strength with functional movement. Get ready for an engaging and fun total body workout with dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, cardio drills and more that will leave you feeling exhilarated and powerful.
Duration: 1 hour
HIIT AND CONDITIONING
This fun 50 minute class is a rigorous, full-body workout that will boost your heart rate while building strength and endurance. Expect varying interval lengths, a variety of movements using both weights and/or bodyweight, and accessible modifications to make HIIT an efficient and effective workout for all fitness levels.

CORE
Build a solid foundation. Core is a 30-minute group fitness workout targeted at strengthening everything from elbows to knees. The intentional variety of movements and positions allows maximum effort while avoiding overuse. Each class is a customizable challenge, empowering you with options to scale up or modify throughout.

MOBILITY
This class supports climbers of all abilities in developing strength and flexibility in a wide range of movement patterns. In this class, expect to explore, play, and build new skills, while trying movements that are challenging for you. Recommended for climbers as a way to cross-train and develop high-quality movement patterns, minimizing risk of injury and enhancing climbing performance.

STRENGTH

BEASTBOX BOOTCAMP
This is a 50 minute total body functional fitness grind that is suitable for all fitness levels. We are hosting this class in our Beast Box (fitness area by the windows on the Park St.) Show up a little early to get the run down of how class will flow, but know you can expect a range of strength training movements, cardio intervals, rest breaks, and a whole lot of fun.

BARBELL CLUB
Our all levels Barbell Club will challenge you to get stronger and more powerful. As part of a supportive team and with coaching to build your ability with a barbell in movements such as squats, deadlifts, presses, and rows, you’ll leave the class feeling like the weight of the world has nothing on you. You in?

Yes! You can purchase a day pass, which gives you all day access to the gym, including all fitness classes.

Yes! New students are allowed to take any of our classes.
Our formats all have a distinct physical focus, rather than a ‘level’ and all are adaptable to every experience level.
We suggest arriving a little early and letting your instructor know so they can give you the rundown of what to expect and offer more 1:1 attention along the way!
Yes! It is open for use outside of class times. Please be respectful of other folks in the space, use your headphones (not our speaker system) and clean up after yourself.
