PUT SOME PUSH IN YOUR PULL
IT'S NOT MEANT TO BE EASY
We build our fitness programming around a tenet — what would be difficult alone, becomes approachable together. Our team prides itself on creating classes that welcome but also push you to explore the limits of what your body can do on any given day. Whether you’re a climber looking to build resilience or simply working on increasing stamina and strength, our instructors tailor classes to you wherever you are along the path.
For ages 14+. Youth ages 14-17 must be accompanied by an adult supervisor in class.
Core 30
A 30 minute core-focused workout designed to build strength and stability. You will learn how to activate your core properly, so that your movements have more awareness and potentially more grace. This class is designed to support your climbing as well as general health, fitness, & vitality.
Duration: 30 minutes
Trainer on the Floor
Not a structured fitness class, rather an opportunity to tap into the expertise of our fitness instructor, Carter Ellis.
Use this time to learn how to use any equipment, seek some new inspiration or direction with a current fitness plan, or simply to say hello and get a spot on a set.
Duration: 45 minutes / 1 hour
HIIT 45
A 45-minute, full-body, strength and cardio circuit designed to build strength and increase cardiovascular endurance. Open to all levels of fitness.
Expect to get your heart rate up, move through a wide variety of movements, and leave feeling refreshed and accomplished.
Duration: 45 minutes
Mobility for Climbers
A sequence of Pilates-based exercises designed to increase strength and flexibility while also improving posture, alignment and stability of the whole body.
Some classes will focus on the full-body, while others will spend a lot of time focusing on one area of the body (ie. shoulders or hips or hands/wrists) with a more in-depth approach to that specific region.
Duration: 1 hour
Strength & Conditioning
This is a progressive 60-minute Strength & Conditioning class focused on building muscle, developing strength, and exploring functional movement to elevate your overall athletic ability on the wall and off. Each week targets different muscle groups, including: upper body, core, and lower body.
You’ll learn to use a variety of tools in the fitness area, including kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, resistance bands, and medicine balls. Each class includes a warm-up (don’t miss this part!), strength-focused sets, climber-specific training, mobility drills, and a cool-down to support recovery.
