Private instruction at Bouldering Project Brooklyn is an individualized, hands-on 1:1 experience tailored to your specific fitness or yoga goals. Our trainers work with you to learn about your goals, develop a training plan, and guide you to optimize your health and wellness. Whether you have rigid goals or simply want to get stronger and healthier, we’ve got a trainer and a program for you, no matter your experience level.

Once you reach out to us, we’ll match you with an instructor and a package that matches your goals and budget.

Val Nevzorova

Val is a specialist in functional training with years of experience in various fields, including Pilates, CrossFit and marathon running.

Her passions are Mobility training and myofascial release. She aims to help people prevent injuries and build healthy capable bodies through posture, deep core work and functional movement patterns.

Elisha Gelin

Elisha is a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist with a passion for functional movement and body recomposition. She loves how climbing challenges balance, mobility, endurance, strength, and problem solving skills in unique ways. It’s these pieces that she blends together for her fitness classes.

Outside of climbing, Elisha is a sponsored skateboarder and enjoys skating the streets of NYC with her friends. She finds comfort in nature through hiking and camping in the woods of Maine, Maryland, and Tennessee.
