IT'S NOT MEANT TO BE EASY

We build our fitness programming around a tenet — what would be difficult alone, becomes approachable together. Our team prides itself on creating classes that welcome but also push you to explore the limits of what your body can do on any given day. Whether you’re a climber looking to build resilience or simply working on increasing stamina and strength, our instructors tailor classes to you wherever you are along the path.

For ages 14+. Youth ages 14-17 must be accompanied by an adult supervisor in class.

CARDIO HIIT

Cardio HIIT is a full-body workout. This class is a rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. You will be challenged to push your limits and walk out feeling exhilarated and strong. Great for all levels!

Mat Pilates

Join us for an exhilarating Mat Pilates class! Not only is it a fun and exciting way to stay fit, but it’s also great for your core strength and spine health. During our class, you’ll learn controlled movements and breathing techniques that not only challenge your muscles but also improve your body awareness and alignment. This class is particularly beneficial for improving your core stability, which is essential for all athletes and humans. Great for all levels!

STRENGTH CIRCUIT

Strength circuit is a circuit-style functional fitness and conditioning class is for every fitness level! Every workout starts with a progressive warm-up, followed by a fun and sweaty workout and finishes with a cool down. Each workout will have a mix of cardio and strength training. In this class you will use a medicine balls, dumbbells, kettlebells, and other equipment. Great for all levels!

Core & Strength for Climbers

Through a series of dynamic exercises, this class will help you develop the power and endurance needed to conquer your climbing goals. Whether you’re tackling vertical challenges indoors or outdoors, you’ll enhance your ability to engage muscles efficiently, reduce injury risk, and increase endurance.

BOOTCAMP

Welcome to boot camp. In this outdoor class, you can expect challenging and effective training templates to accelerate your heart rate and push you right into your strengths. We will run together and then train at Alethia Tanner Park. Our equipment will include kettlebells, weighted bags, speed and agility courses, and buddy drills. Be prepared to challenge yourself in this 45-minute evolution of exercises. to discover and reimagine your strongest self.

RUN CLUB

Join us at Bouldering Project for Run Club. We meet at the gym every Wednesday at 6:30 pm and set out for a guided outdoor 5k. All paces and experience levels welcome! Our Run Club is free for all community members, and non-members get discounted access to the gym after the run.

Yes! New students are allowed to take any of our classes.

Our formats all have a distinct physical focus, rather than a ‘level’ and all are adaptable to every experience level.

We suggest arriving a little early and letting your instructor know so they can give you the rundown of what to expect and offer more 1:1 attention along the way!

Yes! It is open for use outside of class times. Please be respectful of other folks in the space, use your headphones (not our speaker system) and clean up after yourself.
