We build our fitness programming around a tenet — what would be difficult alone, becomes approachable together. Our team prides itself on creating classes that welcome but also push you to explore the limits of what your body can do on any given day. Whether you’re a climber looking to build resilience or simply working on increasing stamina and strength, our instructors tailor classes to you wherever you are along the path.

For ages 14+. Youth ages 14-17 must be accompanied by an adult supervisor in class.

Strength Circuit

Strength Circuit is a functional strength and conditioning class. This dynamic workout combines cardio and strength training using medicine balls, dumbbells, and kettlebells.

Power Circuit

Power Circuit is a full-body workout designed to improve strength, power, and athletic performance through barbell-based exercises such as squats, bench presses, and deadlifts. It offers scalable progressions suitable for both beginners and advanced athletes.

MAT PILATES

Mat Pilates builds core strength, flexibility, and body awareness through controlled, repetitive exercises on the mat. Guided by centering, concentration, control, precision, breath, and flow, regular practice improves posture, balance, and mental focus. All are welcome; however, this is a vigorous class. Power Flow or Strength Circuit is recommended before your first class.

Mountain Sports Endurance

Mountain Sports Endurance is a high-intensity interval training class that incorporates plyometrics, cardiovascular equipment, calisthenics, and kettlebell training to prepare for mountain sports such as skiing, snowboarding, climbing, running, cycling, and hiking.
