We build our fitness programming around a tenet — what would be difficult alone, becomes approachable together. Our team prides itself on creating classes that welcome but also push you to explore the limits of what your body can do on any given day. Whether you’re a climber looking to build resilience or simply working on increasing stamina and strength, our instructors tailor classes to you wherever you are along the path.
For ages 14+. Youth ages 14-17 must be accompanied by an adult supervisor in class.
Strength and Conditioning
In this 60-minute class, you’ll have a mix of cardio and strength training designed to improve overall strength and endurance, in a fun and motivating environment. Classes will incorporate kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, and/or resistance bands, along with bodyweight exercises. Each exercise can be modified to meet your individual needs, making this class suitable for any experience level.
STRENGTH
This 45-minute full-body workout is designed for all levels, with a special focus on those who are newer to strength training. This class emphasizes proper form and foundational strength-building exercises. All exercises can be modified to meet your fitness needs. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to reinforce the basics, this class will help you build confidence in the gym, build strength, and see progress.
CORE
This 30-minute class is the perfect add-on to your climb or workout. Focused on building stability and functional strength from shoulders to knees, it’s adaptable for all levels with options to scale or modify. Move better, feel stronger, and climb with confidence!
Movement
This 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class will get your heart pumping and boost your endurance. You’ll start with a dynamic warm-up, dive into time-based explosive exercises like mountain climbers, jump squats, burpees, or kettlebell swings, and finish with a quick cooldown. With short rest times, varied movements, and accessible modifications, this workout is designed for all fitness levels.
Mat Pilates
Lengthen, strengthen, and slow down. Mat Pilates combines mindful movement with flexibility and core exercises. This low-impact workout focuses on precise movements and breath control, using your own body weight and the occasional prop as resistance. Mat Pilates is suitable for all fitness levels, and can help you build a strong, balanced body while increasing your mind-body awareness.
Sculpt
Strengthen, stabilize, and energize. Sculpt focuses on building functional strength, balance, and mobility using bodyweight exercises and mindful movement. By training without shoes, you’ll enhance foot activation, improve posture, and develop a stronger foundation for all your activities. Perfect for all levels, Sculpt will leave you feeling stronger, more connected, and ready to move with confidence.
