We build our fitness programming around a tenet — what would be difficult alone, becomes approachable together. Our team prides itself on creating classes that welcome but also push you to explore the limits of what your body can do on any given day. Whether you’re a climber looking to build resilience or simply working on increasing stamina and strength, our instructors tailor classes to you wherever you are along the path.

For ages 14+. Youth ages 14-17 must be accompanied by an adult supervisor in class.

Strength and Conditioning

In this 60-minute class, you’ll have a mix of cardio and strength training designed to improve overall strength and endurance, in a fun and motivating environment. Classes will incorporate kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, and/or resistance bands, along with bodyweight exercises. Each exercise can be modified to meet your individual needs, making this class suitable for any experience level.

This 45-minute full-body workout is designed for all levels, with a special focus on those who are newer to strength training. This 30-minute class is the perfect add-on to your climb or workout. Focused on building stability and functional strength from shoulders to knees, it’s adaptable for all levels with options to scale or modify. Move better, feel stronger, and climb with confidence!
