I have been teaching since 2007. I start each class with a weekly theme to help ground your attention, then guide a breath-centered practice that invites you to explore how your unique body moves. I believe yoga is personal and nonlinear, and my role is to support your path and help you connect with your own innate wisdom. Off the mat, I’m often upside down on a trapeze or balancing on my hands, and I love spending time outdoors, traveling, taking on new challenges, hosting dinner with friends, and getting lost in a good book. You can find me at @andreasfetz.

Outside the studio, I enjoy playing and writing music, riding my bike, reading about biology, and spending time in nature.

Noé
FREMONT
With a decade of teaching experience in Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga, along with handstands and animal movement, Noé’s yoga classes are a blend of challenge and accessibility. His journey into yoga was sparked by the profound realization that the body and mind are intertwined; how we treat our body deeply affects our thoughts and emotions.
Wei-Ming
FREMONT
After practicing yoga and climbing for 15 years, I aim to provide a class experience that harmonizes body, heart, and mind. My approach weaves yoga philosophy, movement, and a smattering of humor into a practice that is as much a work out as a work “in.” Major influences along my study of yoga include Paramahansa Yogananda (of whom I am a disciple), Lorelai Gillmore, and Nicolai Bachman’s exposition on the Yoga Sutras.
Caitlyne
FREMONT
Caitlyne’s classes beautifully intertwine breath and heart-centric practices, enabling students to embody their present experiences. With a focus on somatic awareness, these sessions inspire a profound connection with oneself, fostering personal growth through movement. The belief that we become the teachers we once sought adds a transformative dimension to the journey Caitlyne guides her students through.

FREMONT
Since my original yoga teacher certification in 2015 I’ve focused my advanced training on trauma-informed and community-oriented yoga, which has led me to teach in a variety of non-traditional yoga settings including the International Rescue Committee and the Emily Program, in addition to traditional yoga studios and climbing gyms. My experience working with a wide array of students over the years has shaped my approach to teaching; I focus on returning agency to the student through inclusive, invitational, and non-hierarchical instruction that offers opportunities for exploration along the spectrum of effort to ease.

I’m a certified yoga instructor and have been teaching different varieties of vinyasa since 2018. I studied Neuroscience in university and am fascinated by the mind-body connection in movement and meditation. I’m passionate about helping my students find balance in their practice, and aim to create yoga flows that are both challenging and nurturing. My classes inspire you to be curious, open minded and compassionate as you invest in both your body and mind through yoga. They offer insight into your own body so that you can learn how to feel best in each posture and lovingly connect to yourself and your surroundings.

Dylan
FREMONT
I think moving with other people is one of the most energizing experiences, and to have the privilege of directing and influencing that movement, feels impactful to me. Every person and body is different. We all need different things to create balance, strength, longevity, and overall health – but what we do all need is a place to belong. It’s why I love teaching groups of people – community and relationships are the best elixirs for life’s challenges. And when you get to move and sweat and laugh AND watch yourself and others grow and get stronger…I truly don’t know that there is a better experience.
My background is in sports, primarily soccer. I grew up playing soccer and volleyball competitively, long distance running, and then found weightlifting in my early 20s. Once I added weightlifting to my cardio practices, I unlocked a confidence within me that both empowered me and helped me embrace my body as it is, not for what it looks like. Yoga has been a later in life love, and I couldn’t be more grateful for a practice that frees me to slow down, notice sensations, and connect to my breath as a moving meditation.
Really – I just love moving in all ways. My goal now is to share that love with as many people as I can, along with move my own body with enjoyment and longevity in mind.
