Bend Don't Break

We’ll meet you along the path.

For some Bouldering Project members, yoga is the main event, while others find that their yoga practice helps maintain longevity, resilience, and flexibility in their climbing journey. Either way, we remember that yoga is a pathway of ancient physical, mental, and spiritual practices that is more important now than ever. Savor every breath.

Each class can be adapted for desired level of intensity.

For ages 14+. Youth ages 14-17 must be accompanied by an adult supervisor in class.

Movement is medicine! I deeply believe that moving our bodies in a fun way is the key to a healthy & happy life. I loveeee to bring a fun & vibrant energy to my classes. My favorite part about teaching yoga & fitness is the community that comes together to move, sweat, & enjoy a moment away from their busy lives. In my classes you’ll find fun, dynamic sequences with poppin’ music & a few laughs along the way!

Fun Fact: I recently started a podcast to share more about mindfulness, movement, and all things “woo woo” – it’s called the Spiritually Active Podcast, and when I’m not working, you can find me recording episodes with amazing people!!

Through sports, injuries and outdoor adventures, I learned so much about what my body and mind can achieve. I obtained my fitness and yoga certifications in the past 10 years in an effort to help others to push themselves outside of their own comfort zone and find joy in movement.

What a gift it is to serve others! My teaching is rooted in my Love for Yin yoga! I have over 300 hours of training as well as many years of studying Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Fun Fact: I started my fitness journey as a competitive bodybuilder. My body was getting strong but really tight and I started getting injured. I turned to yoga but I was too ego driven to let my fellow competitors know I was a closet yogi. When I started to out perform my peers they started questioning me! I came out and told them it was yoga!
