Bend Don't Break

We’ll meet you along the path.

For some Bouldering Project members, yoga is the main event, while others find that their yoga practice helps maintain longevity, resilience, and flexibility in their climbing journey. Either way, we remember that yoga is a pathway of ancient physical, mental, and spiritual practices that is more important now than ever. Savor every breath.

Each class can be adapted for desired level of intensity.

For ages 14+. Youth ages 14-17 must be accompanied by an adult supervisor in class.

Hot Power Flow

HOT POWER FLOW is a high-intensity vinyasa practice that challenges both body and mind. It builds on POWER FLOW by adding heat and increasing intensity, with progressive and regressive options for poses and transitions. You’ll be invited to explore inversions safely and deepen your connection to practice while building strength and resilience.

Yoga Sculpt

Get moving with this dynamic, high-intensity, and fun full-body workout that will leave you feeling powerful and refreshed. Using slightly heated power vinyasa yoga as the foundation for this format, you will condition your mind and body while incorporating the principles of resistance training and using hand weights. All levels are welcome.

Low Intensity

Restore

RESTORE is a deeply supportive, calming and slow practice designed to help the body and mind fully unwind. Using props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks, participants settle into gentle, supported postures that are held for several minutes at a time. This allows the body to release tension gradually while encouraging the nervous system to shift into a more restful, balanced state.

Medium-High Intensity

Power Flow

POWER FLOW is a high-intensity vinyasa-based yoga practice for those looking to challenge both body and mind. POWER FLOW takes the principles of ALIGN and FLOW, and expands on them by moving at a faster pace while offering progressive and regressive options for all poses and transitions. You will be invited to explore inversions safely in your body, and dive into building a deeper connection with your practice, while strengthening mind and body.

Medium Intensity

Flow

Movement is medicine! I deeply believe that moving our bodies in a fun way is the key to a healthy & happy life. I love to bring a fun & vibrant energy to my classes. My favorite part about teaching yoga & fitness is the community that comes together to move, sweat, & enjoy a moment away from their busy lives. In my classes, you’ll find fun, dynamic sequences with poppin’ music & a few laughs along the way!

Through sports, injuries and outdoor adventures, I learned so much about what my body and mind can achieve. I obtained my fitness and yoga certifications in the past 10 years in an effort to help others to push themselves outside of their own comfort zone and find joy in movement.
