IT'S NOT MEANT TO BE EASY

We build our fitness programming around a tenet — what would be difficult alone, becomes approachable together. Our team prides itself on creating classes that welcome but also push you to explore the limits of what your body can do on any given day. Whether you’re a climber looking to build resilience or simply working on increasing stamina and strength, our instructors tailor classes to you wherever you are along the path.

For ages 14+. Youth ages 14-17 must be accompanied by an adult supervisor in class.

BARRE

This 45 minute workout takes inspiration from both Ballet and Pilates, focusing on core engagement and smaller movements paired with high repetitions to build endurance in your stabilizing muscles. You will shake, pulse and sweat while mobilizing and supporting your joints. This low-impact format is perfect for every body and supports any movement practice that you enjoy.

STRENGTH

Strength offers you a complete fitness experience in 45 minutes. This full-body workout is designed to improve strength and endurance, in a fun and motivating environment. Each class features a full-body warm-up, heart pumping cardio, focused strength training and mobilizing cool-down. Each exercise can be modified to meet your individual needs, making it suitable for any experience level. This class is cross-training for every athletic pursuit, or a stand-alone program for your health and fitness.

CORE

Build a solid foundation. Core is a 30-minute group fitness workout targeted at strengthening everything from shoulders to hips. The intentional variety of movements and positions allows maximum effort while avoiding overuse. Each class is a customizable challenge, empowering you with options to scale up or modify throughout.

TRX STRONG

TRX stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise; a form of suspension training that uses body weight and gravity to build strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility. TRX workouts utilize adjustable straps with handles or cradles for feet, allowing for a full-body workout with varying levels of intensity by simply changing your body’s angle. It’s a versatile fitness tool that can be adapted for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. Come try a full body TRX workout with our certified instructors!

TRX STRONG CIRCUIT

In the TRX Strong Circuit, you will experience a total body workout both on and off of the TRX straps. Stations will be set up, allowing you to find body weight exercises alongside equipment like kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls and TRX-specific equipment: rip trainers and powerbags.

Yes! You can purchase a day pass ($24), which gives you all day access to the gym, including all fitness classes.

However, we highly recommend shoes for TRX classes to properly use the foot cradles.

Yes! New students are allowed to take any of our classes.

Our formats all have a distinct physical focus, rather than a ‘level’ and all are adaptable to every experience level.

We suggest arriving a little early and letting your instructor know so they can give you the rundown of what to expect and offer more 1:1 attention along the way!

We always suggest talking with your doctor first when you have an injury. When you do come in for class, let your instructor know, and they will do their best to offer you modifications when applicable.

Yes! It is open for use outside of class times. Please be respectful of other folks in the space, use your headphones (not our speaker system) and clean up after yourself.
