Bend Don't Break

We’ll meet you along the path.

For some Bouldering Project members, yoga is the main event, while others find that their yoga practice helps maintain longevity, resilience, and flexibility in their climbing journey. Either way, we remember that yoga is a pathway of ancient physical, mental, and spiritual practices that is more important now than ever. Savor every breath.

Each class can be adapted for desired level of intensity.

For ages 14+. Youth ages 14-17 must be accompanied by an adult supervisor in class.

Low-Medium Intensity
A group of people kneel on yoga mats indoors at yoga classes in Austin, eyes closed and hands in prayer position, with a blurred motion effect suggesting calm and movement. Shelves with folded blankets are in the background.

ALIGN

Align approaches movements without the use of ‘flows’ found in our vinyasa-based formats, allowing you to explore posture, breath, hand placement and meditation techniques alongside poses. Align is perfect for students just starting their yoga journey, and seasoned practitioners alike.

Duration: One hour

Medium Intensity
Three people in workout clothes chat by a bright window in a gym or studio, where yoga classes Austin locals love are held. One woman gestures animatedly while another enjoys a standing stretch, creating a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

FLOW

Flow is a vinyasa-based yoga practice focused on linking breath to movement from pose to pose. Class sequences are set to an invigorating playlist to build strength, mobility, and full-body coordination. All are welcome, however, Align is recommended prior to your first Flow class.

Duration: One hour

Medium-High Intensity

POWER FLOW

Power Flow is a high-intensity vinyasa-based yoga practice for practitioners looking to challenge both body and mind. Power Flow moves at a faster pace, and offers advanced poses and transitions. All are welcome, however, Align and Flow are recommended prior to your first Power Flow.

Duration: One hour

High Intensity
A woman with braided hair and a nose ring, wearing a black shirt, sits with her eyes closed and head tilted back, appearing relaxed and reflective—an atmosphere reminiscent of yoga classes Austin locals enjoy. Another out-of-focus person is in the background.

HOT POWER FLOW

Hot Power flow is a high-intensity practice suited for yoga practitioners who enjoy a challenge. Boost your favorite power flows with added heat for deeper sensation in dynamic postures.

Duration: One hour

Low Intensity
A woman in a beige tank top lies on a yoga mat with eyes closed, appearing relaxed. Her arms rest at her sides as she practices a calming pose, enjoying a peaceful moment that reflects the tranquility found in yoga classes Austin offers.

RESTORE

Restore is a blend of grounded movement, meditation, and stillness designed to support recovery, restoration, and ease in both body and mind. Melt into low-effort postures, typically done on the floor, which are held for 2-10 minutes at a time.

Duration: One hour

The yoga classes at Bouldering Project are a consistent part of my week. I love that there are so many options for times and formats, and the instructors are so friendly.
