Parties at Austin Bouldering Project are a blast. Come celebrate ABP style in our private Party Room. Our parties include everything from climbing instruction to fun and challenging games led by our enthusiastic and experienced Programs Staff! We can’t wait to help you celebrate your little climber’s special day.
(Note: if you aren’t seeing any available time slots on your chosen day, the booking period may have already ended. Make sure to select the correct location for you party!)
We offer 2 Birthday Party options:
Pebble Party:
Includes:
- 2 hour private party room reservation
- 15 total climbing participants included (with the option to have up to 25 participants – $20 charge for each additional climber beyond 15)
- A birthday buddy pass gift for the birthday kiddo!
- Tables/chairs
- Rental shoes for climbers!
- 1 instructor to help check-in and supervise your party.
Does Not Include:
- Instructors to lead games
- Access to other areas in the facility
- Cake/Pizza
Boulder Party:
Includes:
- 2 hour private party room reservation
- 15 total climbing participants included (with the option to have up to 25 participants – $20 charge for each additional climber beyond 15)

- 2 instructors to help check-in, supervise your party, and facilitate fun games/activities!
- Special Discounts on future events like PNO!
Does Not Include:

Parties are offered on Saturdays and Sundays at both locations during the following time slots:
- 10am-12pm
- 1pm-3pm
- 4pm-6pm
To ensure adequate staffing, all Birthday Party reservations must be made online at least 21 days before the event.
Pebble Party – $250 for first 15 climbers, $20 for each additional climber up to 25 total climbers.
Boulder Party – $350 for first 15 climbers, $20 for each additional climber up to 25 total climbers.
Cancellation Policy:
Full refund given if cancelled 30 days in advance.
$250 is non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations within 30 days of the party.
Forgot plates, napkins, or utensils? No worries! We can provide what you need for a $10 fee.
All waivers (anyone staying for the party, even if they are not climbing) need to be completed online 24 hrs before your party. Sign a waiver.
Anyone (youth and adult) wanting to climb before or after the party must purchase a day pass.
