Our classes offer the chance to explore yoga disciplines with intention and curiosity while enjoying the support of a community that feels like home. We welcome all backgrounds and all bodies into our studios.

Power Flow
In a Power Flow yoga class you will dynamically move from one yoga posture to the next while connecting your breath to your movement. (75-85F).
Flow
Flow classes link breath and movement to fluidly move from one yoga posture to the next as you build strength, mobility, and coordination (75-80F).
Restore
This yoga class is a blend of movement, meditation, and stillness designed to support recovery, restoration, and ease. (75-80F)

Power flow is a vigorous style of yoga designed to build strength and stamina. This class is suitable for anyone from beginners to experienced practitioners (75-85F).

Restore
Restore classes will begin with slower intentional movement to warm up your body, and as class progresses you will move into a combination of static, restful, floor-based yoga postures from the Restorative and/or Yin Yoga lineages. Instructors may also incorporate restorative elements such as brief guided meditations or the use of self-massage balls. This class is suitable for anyone from beginners to experienced practitioners (75-80F).

Flow Immersion
These classes often include options to explore more complex postures (yoga asana) including arm balances, backbends, and inversions. This class is recommended for students with an established yoga practice (75-80F).
Myofascial Release
Consider this class the perfect way to recover and release tension before or after a workout or climbing session. Please note: Fitted, flexible clothing is ideal for myofascial release work (70-75F).
Power Flow
Power yoga is a faster-paced flow/vinyasa yoga class built around developing strength and endurance. It is a dynamic style that links breath and movement and helps move the body to clear the mind. In one of these classes, expect plenty of options to level up or tone it down based on how you are feeling that day. Come get your heart rate up, strengthen and stretch your muscles, and connect with your breath!

Vinyasa II
Vinyasa is a dynamic form of yoga which cultivates strength, mobility, and mindfulness through breath-based sequences. Vinyasa II expands on Vinyasa l with a quicker pace and opportunities to safely explore more complex postures, movements, and balances, with space to modify or uplevel throughout.
Vinyasa I
Vinyasa is a dynamic form of yoga which cultivates strength, mobility, and mindfulness through breath-based sequences. Vinyasa I provides accessible flows from one posture to the next, with more focus on alignment than pace. You will experience opportunities to slow down, refine, and deepen your practice no matter your experience level.
Restorative
Slow down and relax. Restorative yoga allows you to melt into postures which are held for 5-15 minutes apiece. Props are heavily used to support the body and allow every yogi to customize their experience, allowing you to calm both body and mind.
Vinyasa Express
Vinyasa is a dynamic form of yoga which cultivates strength, mobility, and mindfulness through breath-based sequences. This condensed, 45-minute version will take your through your favorite flows while still allwoing you to get to work on time. With plenty of options to modify or uplevel throughtout, this class is accessible to any level of experience.
Heated Vinyasa II
Vinyasa is a dynamic form of yoga which cultivates strength, mobility, and mindfulness through breath-based sequences. Vinyasa II expands on Vinyasa l with a quicker pace and opportunities to safely explore more complex postures, movements, and balances, with space to modify or uplevel throughout. The added heat creates another layer of challenge, while detoxifying the body and mind.
Vinyasa
Vinyasa is a dynamic form of yoga that cultivates strength, mobility, and mindfulness through a linking of breath to movement. This style of yoga provides accessible energizing flows from one posture to the next, along with opportunities to slow down, refine, and deepen your practice. It is suitable for all levels and is great for beginners, climbers, and seasoned practitioners alike.
Vinyasa II
Vinyasa II is similar to our Vinyasa offering with additional opportunities to safely explore complex postures and transitions. Expect a challenging and playful practice that will invite you to experience your edge. All levels are welcome.
Vin/Yin
Vin/Yin a combination of warming Vinyasa flow and restorative Yin yoga. In the first half of class, we move through an active Vinyasa sequence. In the last half, we experience grounding, prop-supported, long-held shapes. All levels are welcome.
Slow Flow
Slow Flow is a slow-paced Vinyasa flow class that allows ample opportunity to explore the subtlety of the breath and engage with postures in a soothing and intentional way. Enjoy the heightened awareness of breath and body connection as you transition through steady, mindful sequences. This class is accessible for all levels.
Movement
Movement incorporates elements of foam roller therapy, mobility, posture assessment, natural movement, and injury management to improve the way you move in your daily life. This class is suited for all levels.
Vinyasa
Vinyasa is a dynamic form of yoga that cultivates strength, mobility, and mindfulness through a linking of breath to movement. This style of yoga provides accessible energizing flows from one posture to the next, along with opportunities to slow down, refine, and deepen your practice. It is suitable for all levels and is great for beginners, climbers, and seasoned practitioners alike.

Restorative
Restorative is a calming practice that invites you to cultivate ease in the mind and body. Most poses are done seated or lying down, supported by the use of props and held in stillness for several minutes. This class is a great way to unwind from a long day or recover from a tough workout. All levels are welcome.
Acro Yoga
The first Sunday of each month will focus on the fundamentals of Acro Yoga: balance, trust, communication, and teamwork. The key roles of Acro Yoga – basing, flying, and spotting – will all be introduced with an emphasis on safety. Partners are not required, come as you are and learn through play! Subsequent classes will be an all-level “jam” with an instructor present to add progressions, regressions, and offer drills to continue growing your acro yoga practice. All levels welcome.

Hot Power Flow
Get out of your head and onto your mat in this heated (80-95F) Power Vinyasa yoga class. In this class you will flow through a variety of poses while linking breath to movement. You can expect to build strength and mobility, practice balance, and explore inversions. This class can/will include modifications to accommodate all levels and abilities, including adjustments needed for injuries. Take off your shoes, turn off your phone, and be prepared to sweat!
