Ready to Celebrate?
Celebrate your child’s next birthday at Bouldering Project with a day full of climbing and fun. Our birthday party staff provide climbing instruction and games in our private party space. During the party, you’ll have access to our specialty kids wall, a sitting area to eat snacks and dessert, and a quiet play area to wind down from all the fun!
THE DETAILS
Birthday Parties are offered on Saturday from 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM and Sunday from 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM and 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM. You can arrive 15 minutes beforehand to set up decorations and prepare for your party!
Our staff will guide the kids through learning how to fall and having a safe time in the space to play games and challenging them with different activities and climbs for the first hour and half, leaving the last half hour for food, dessert, and winding down.
Parties must be booked two weeks in advance and a deposit of $240 is due at the time of booking.
All parents and children must have an active waiver on file.
Pricing
- Bouldering Project provides rental shoes, staffing, and a private party space for your kid’s next birthday!
- Bouldering Project does not provide food or drink.
- Please bring decorations, food, drinks, and anything else you need to make the day special!
- All parents & children will need an active waiver on file.
- Children should come prepared to climb. Wear comfortable clothes that stretch and socks.
- We have three different tiers for our birthday parties depending on how many kids you are expecting to have. Tiers can be adjusted day off to reflect the amount of kids who made it. Only kids who are actively climbers count toward the participant count.
Cancellations
- Cancellations more than 2 weeks in advance will be refunded to the card on file.
- Cancellations less than two weeks in advance will be refunded as store credit.
- Cancellations within 48 hours will not receive a refund. In the case of extenuating circumstances, please email Jonah.Donis@BoulderingProject.com.
