CITs will receive hands-on career development, valuable experience mentoring younger kids, 1:1 climbing coaching with plenty of time to pursue their own climbing goals. Our 1:5 staff ratio allows the instructors to get to know the kids, make sure their needs are met and create memories with them that will last forever. Kids will learn basic climbing techniques and terminology, play games both on and off the wall, do yoga, and participate in daily STEAM activities. It’s a great way for kids to learn new skills, make friends, and embrace challenges in a safe and supportive environment!
