YOUTH PROGRAMS
Adventure Weeks (School Holiday and Summer Programs)
Summer Adventure Days and Adventure Weeks:
Summer Adventures are available to youth ages 5-12 and offer plenty of climbing challenges and social time, in addition to S.T.E.A.M (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) activities, team-building exercises, and more.
Adventure Weeks are a full week in duration, Mon-Fri, and run from 9 am-3:30 pm.
Older than 12? Consider our CIT program:
Want to see what it’s like to work at a rock climbing gym? Our Counselor-in-Training Program is perfect for climbers aged 13-15 with some previous climbing experience. CITs will receive hands-on career development, 1:1 climbing coaching, and a chance to learn more about jobs in the rock climbing industry from coaching to route setting and facility management. They will also get valuable experience mentoring younger kids, and plenty of time to pursue their own climbing goals!

School Holiday Adventure Days and Adventure Weeks:
No School? No problem! Adventure days and weeks are geared for youth ages 5-12, and offer plenty of climbing and social time. Whether your child is an experienced climber or brand new to bouldering, they will have a blast with our BP instructors leading the way. Kids will learn basic climbing techniques, and terminology, and play games both on and off the wall.
Adventure days are available on school holidays, and run from 9am–3:30pm. Adventure weeks are a full week in duration, Monday through Friday, and run from 9:00am – 3:30pm. Extended care available till 6pm. Limited spots available.

Parent’s Night Out
Looking for a fun night out? Treat your kids to 3.5 hours of non-stop fun at our place! They’ll enjoy climbing and activities, followed by pizza and a kid-friendly movie. Join us for our Parents’ Night Out on the second to last Friday of every month, where your little climber will be entertained while you reclaim some valuable “me” time. It’s the perfect way to give yourself a break and ensure your kids have a blast!
Birthday Parties
Celebrate your child’s next birthday at Bouldering Project with a day full of climbing and fun. Our birthday party staff provides everything from climbing instruction to challenging games located in our private party space. For youth ages 5-12.
After School Programs
Mini-Mountaineers Drop-in Classes (ages 3-4):
A drop-in class for our youngest climbers to channel their explosive, creative energy into climbing in a safe, fun environment with their parent or caretaker! Excellent option for kids who are already exploring climbing structures at the playground and more. Participants will develop their risk assessment, basic body awareness, and teamwork.
Participants must be potty trained.

Pebbles 10-Week Sessions (ages 5-6):
This class introduces young climbers to the fundamentals while building up their skills. Watch as they grow and have a blast reaching new heights! Each week, we will introduce climbers to a new concept and grow on the previous weeks’ focus. Students will work on risk assessment, safety, problem-solving, and so much more in a fun, social environment.
Enrollment for the full 10-week session is required.
Rocks 10-Week Sessions (ages 7-9):
This fun-filled class strengthens the basics of climbing, like footwork and body awareness, to deepen their understanding. Additionally, climbers will be introduced to more complex topics such as power, static vs. dynamic movement, and more, in a gamified approach.
Enrollment for the full 10-week session is required.
Boulders 10-Week Sessions (ages 10-12):
This class helps young climbers reach new heights by solidifying foundational techniques, fostering an approach mindset, and utilizing challenge-by-choice. Climbers will begin to focus on improving effort and pushing themselves further into their personal growth zones. Starting in February.
Enrollment for the full 10-week session is required.
Teen Club (ages 13-15):
Introducing Teen Club!
- Calling all teen climbers! Take your skills to the next level in our all-new teen climbing program, Teen Club. This program offers the best of both worlds, blending the personalized focus of Club Team with the social, fun atmosphere of the Teen 10-Week sessions.
- Here’s what awaits:
- Skill Development: Develop climbing basics, learn advanced techniques & power moves.
- Rock Solid Community: Collaborate, challenge yourself, & build meaningful friendships. Learn and laugh in a supportive, non-competitive environment.
- Climb Solo: Hone your skills independently outside of class with full membership access.
- Member Perks: Enjoy a 10% discount on climbing gear and the ability to freeze your membership for 3 months a year. Bring 2 friends per month with guest passes

Team 101
The 101 program is all about having fun while making friends and learning the foundations of climbing technique. We use a combination of climbing games, and movement lessons as well as the slow introduction of some training elements to keep these young climbers excited and engaged while they learn. This program provides everything needed to get on the path to joining the competitive teams or a lifetime of recreational climbing.
Junior Competitive Team
The Junior Competitive Team is for climbers with a love for climbing and a desire to develop a higher level of climbing ability. The training program focuses not only on developing physical/mental strength, technical proficiency, and competition formats, but also on team building and having a blast together.
Competitive Team
The place where young athletes take their training to the next level! The training is focused on pushing climbers’ physical and technical climbing abilities further to achieve success at USAC Regional, Divisional, and National Championship competitions. This team consists of young climbers who display relentless perseverance and commitment to training and to the sport.
