CIRCUIT
Circuit is an all-levels functional strength and conditioning class. Circuit’s dynamic workout combines cardio and strength training exercises utilizing tools such as medicine balls, dumbbells, kettlebells, steel maces, and more. Our experienced instructors guide you through the exercises, providing variations and support for all fitness levels.

CIRCUIT EXPRESS
Circuit Express is a short-format, all-levels circuit class great for anyone on the go. Prepare to challenge yourself through a high-intensity, full-body workout and achieve maximum results in minimum time. Experience a variety of stations and exercises that will boost muscular endurance and cardiovascular capacity.
Duration: 45 minutes
CIRCUIT LEVEL 2
Circuit 2 is a challenging and invigorating strength and conditioning class that builds upon the foundations established in Circuit. This class introduces more complex and dynamic variations of the exercises learned in Circuit, pushing your limits and enhancing your overall strength and agility. We recommend attending our Circuit class for at least a month before Circuit 2.

CORE
Core offers a comprehensive approach to building core strength, stability, and functional mobility. Instructors guide students through a diverse range of exercises carefully designed to fortify and enhance the core region while emphasizing postural restoration. This class invites you to unlock a newfound level of physical performance, cultivate optimal movement patterns, and foster a stronger, healthier you.

MOBILITY
Mobility is designed to boost your active range of motion and enhance joint stability. Experience loaded stretching techniques that strengthen your end ranges and increase functional flexibility. Whether you’re a dedicated climber or a fitness enthusiast, this class will prepare you to tap into your body’s full potential.

BARRE/PILATES
Barre/Pilates is a low-impact, high-energy total body mat-based workout that will push your physical and mental limits. Through a combination of ballet-inspired movements, isometric holds, bodyweight movements, and light dumbbell exercises, you’ll sculpt and tone your muscles while improving functional movement and mobility.

HANDSTAND TRAINING
Handstand Training equips you with the essential tools to kickstart or advance your handstand practice. Suitable for all levels, this class focuses on conditioning, drills, and guidance to enhance flexibility, alignment, and shoulder strength to progress you toward your handstand goals.
Duration: 90 minutes
BARBELL CLUB
Barbell Club is a barbell-centric class designed for all skill levels. Each week is focused on a specific barbell movement, followed by a workout of the day (WOD) style training with key accessory exercises to enhance the main lift. The instructor introduces the workout for the class, breaks down the movement for first-time attendees, and rotates through trainees with form corrections or additional information.
