Hosted by our pals Summit Bound Outfitter, join them at their location down the street at 1 PM for outdoor grilling to welcome the warm weather!
Monday, March 24 // Members Only Night 6 – 11 PM
SPECIAL FEATURE: Are You Beta Then a Team Kid Workshop (ticket required!) – A workshop hosted by our senior youth team kids and coaches to teach members about the competition rounds our team trains and competes on in the USA Climbing circuit. Members will gain the opportunity to be coached by our high level competitive athletes and compete for prize money. Members must be able to climb black circuits or up.
Tuesday, March 25 // Hangboarding for Injury Prevention (sold out!) 6:30 – 8 PM
This 90-minute workshop will focus on strategies to integrate the hangboard into your workout routine, review proper form on the hangboard, and discuss hanging protocols to optimize the strength and efficiency of your fingers, shoulders, and core for injury prevention.
Wednesday, March 26 // Power Flow Blueprint Poses Workshop 5:45 – 7 PM
Join us for a dynamic 75-minute workshop, designed to help you build a strong foundation in power yoga. This session is perfect for all levels, especially beginners looking to gain confidence in their practice. In this workshop, we’ll break down key poses, transitions, and alignment principles to create a solid blueprint for your power flow practice.
Thursday, March 27 // Queer & Trans Climb Night 6 – 8 PM
Come hang for our monthly casual mixer and group climb for queer and trans folks looking for belay buddies, new bouldering friends, and more.
