Yoga & Fitness Themed Classes
While we prepare for this year’s Boulderfest, there will be rolling wall closures starting on Monday November 4, 2024. To offset the impact this has on our members and the space, we’re specializing our Yoga & Fitness offerings that week with themed classes and a few extra classes & workshops! Many of our classes that week will have special themes like Thoracic Freedom, Core Compression, and more.
We will offer these specially themed classes in addition to our regular class schedule.

Sunday November 3rd
- Pull-Up Prep for Beginners with Christian – 3pm
- Looking to get your first pull-up or are new to the exercise? MBP Instructor Christian will walk you through everything you need to know. Class is free with a membership or day pass but space is limited, so reserve your spot ahead of time!
- Pull-Up Progressions with Christian – 4pm
- For those who are looking to take their pull-ups to the next level, this workshop is for you! Learn how different variations of pull-ups can make meaningful gains in your climbing. Class is free with a membership or day pass but space is limited, so reserve your spot ahead of time!
Monday November 4th
- 9am Align + Intuition with Billie
- Use your intuition to find balance and posture in your favorite grounding asana.
- 12pm Flow Express with Zoe: Pranayama for the Push
- Zoe will utilize various styles of breath to show you how breath can contribute to your overall mental and physical performance.
- 5:45pm Strength with Sarah: Push + Pull for Full Body Strength
- In honor of Boulderfest, Sarah has sequenced your favorite Strength class focusing on the importance of Push and Pull and share how this helps on the wall!
- 6:45pm HIIT with Sarah: HIIT for Healthy Hips
- Join Sarah for your favorite HIIT of the week, focusing on both endurance and stabilization through the hips.
- 7pm Flow for Happy Hands + Wrists with Steph
- Practice movements and poses that are kind to your wrists, hands and fingers, and learn how to engage properly throughout asana to support the overall health of your digits.
- 8:15pm Inner Anchor Meditation Pop-Up Class with Lauren
- This 30-minute meditation will include gentle movement to help you practice finding inner stability during stressful times.
Tuesday November 5th
- 7:15am Mindful Meditation Pop-Up Class with Cyndi
- Join Cyndi for a 30-minute guided meditation and give yourself the gift of starting your day dialed in and centered.
- 9am Hot Power Flow with Marissa: Thoracic Freedom Flow
- This special offering invites you to explore thoracic mobility with an extra focus on upper body mobility and strength to support you on and off the wall.
- 12pm Barre with Val: Foot Flexion & Extension for the Wall
- Join Val for a special Barre event, with extra focus on strengthening the foot, ankle and calves utilizing resistance bands, pilates balls and body weight.
- 4pm Flow with Anna: Flow from your Center: Core Appreciation
- Join the lovely Anna G for a special Flow sequence that helps you love and appreciate the strength of your center. Whether you’re climbing, lifting or just playing- access all 360 degrees of your core for maximum support and safety.
- 5:30pm Power Flow with Julia: Hip Flexor Strength + Release
- Julia will guide you through challenging asanas aimed at finding new ways to move and strengthen throughout the hips, quadriceps and abdomen, and winding down with luscious stretches to release and restore this important and often neglected area of the body.
- 7pm Hot Power Flow 90-Minute Edition with Julia: Hip Flexor Strength + Release
- In this special 90-min class, use the extra heat to focus on strengthening throughout the hips, quadriceps and abdomen, and winding down with luscious stretches to release and restore this important and often neglected area of the body.
Wednesday November 6th
- 6:15am Flow Express with Lacie: Thoracic Freedom and Upper Body Shoulder Mobility & Strength
- This special offering invites you to explore thoracic mobility with an extra focus on upper body mobility and strength to support you on and off the wall.
- 6:15am Strength with Ethan: Strength for Hip Flexors & Glutes
- Working with agonist and antagonist muscles is a game changer in support and effective strengthening. Join Ethan for an session focusing on the muscles that make up the hip flexors and glutes for maximum gains and mobility.
- 9am Flow with Steph: Flow for Happy Hips
- Join our guru of Happy Hips, Steph K, as she guides us through a special Flow focused on strengthening, mobilizing and releasing tension from this prime mover in your body!
- 12pm Flow Express with Val: Happy Hips
- Join Val for a luxurious lunchbreak flow focused on mobilizing, strengthening and releasing the hips.
- 4pm Align with Steph: Foot & Ankle Appreciation
- Join Stephanie for a special Align practice. We’ll explore strength within the feet, ankles and calves throughout practice, and spend a little extra time on self care as we wind down, mobilizing and stretching these integral pieces to your climbing performance.

- In honor of Boulderfest week, we invite you to spend a little extra time focusing on care and conditioning on your shoulders, a commonly injured area of the body, ensuring years of climbing competitions for years to come!
- 6:45pm Core with Ethan: Core for Climbers
- In honor of Boulderfest week, Ethan is focusing his fan-favorite core class to prepare all 360 degrees of your core system for all of the pulling, hinging, rotating and compressing needed to bring your climbing to the next level.
Thursday November 7th
- 5:30pm Power Flow with Lauren: Happy Hands
- Join Lauren for a special practice focusing on detailed hand awareness and alignment to explore the delicate power of the hands and their energetic connection to the heart.
- 6:45pm Strength with Christian: Strength for Climbers
- This 60-min offering is designed to build strength and resilience in the body that will take your climbing to the next level. While this class features climbing-centric exercises, it is open and accessible to all students looking to build strength and endurance throughout the entire body, from fingers to toes.
- 7pm Hot Power Flow 90-Minute Edition with Lauren: Hot Power Flow + Recovery
- Lauren will lead you through a lively, sweaty and invigorating vinyasa flow, followed by a restful recovery and elevated, luxuriously long savasana led by Cyndi.
Friday November 8th
- 6:15am Express Restore with Lacie: Thoracic Freedom
- In honor of Boulderfest, this special offering invites you to explore thoracic and upper body mobility to prepare your body for the big climb.
- 6:15am Barre with Val: Foot Flexion and Extension for the Wall
- Join Val for a special Barre event, with extra focus on strengthening the foot, ankle and calves utilizing resistance bands, pilates balls and body weight.
- 9am Power Flow with Kate: Flow State + Meditation in Movement
- Join Kate in a special practice dedicated to getting lost in your movements and diving deeper into what makes yoga asana such a special ritual.
- 10:30am Core with Kate: Core Compression
- Just in time for Boulderfest! Core Compression is the art of effectively engaging ALL of your core muscles, allowing you to compress your torso and lower body, for maximum efficiency when you climb.
- 12pm Hot Power Flow with Kate: Flow State + Meditation in Movement
- Join Kate in a special practice dedicated to getting lost in your movements and diving deeper into what makes yoga asana such a special ritual.
- 3pm Restore and Prepare with Cyndi
- Just in time for Boulderfest starting in the evening! Calm your nerves and center into your body before competition.
Saturday November 9th
- BOULDERFEST – NO YOGA OR FITNESS CLASSES
Sunday November 10th
- 12pm Clear and Reset with Lauren
- This practice is an intentional acknowledgment of the ending of one cycle and the beginning of another; through fresh, flowing breath and movement we will clear any remaining debris from the past week and make space to invite in new energy for the week ahead.
