Registering for Yoga and Fitness Classes

Whether you’re new to movement or returning to your mat, here’s everything you need to know about creating an account, booking a class, checking in, and more—so you can get the most out of your Yoga & Fitness experience at Bouldering Project.

Step 1: Create an Account & Sign a Waiver

Before joining a Yoga or Fitness class, you’ll need an account and a signed waiver on file for the gym you’re visiting.

How to create your account:

1. Go to boulderingproject.com

2. Select your location

3. In the top right corner, click My Account

4. Create your account using your email and personal information

5. Once your account is created, sign the waiver for the gym location you plan to attend

Everyone entering the facility must have a completed waiver—even if you’re just attending a class!

Step 2: Register for a Yoga or Fitness Class

Once your account is set up and your waiver is signed, you’re ready to book your class.

To register:

1. Log in to your account

2. Click the BP logo in the top left corner

3. Select Schedule

4. Use the filters to select Yoga and/or Fitness, then click Save

5. Browse and select the class you’d like to attend

6. Click Book Now

7. Choose the membership or pass you want to reserve with

8. Click Reserve to confirm your spot

If you don’t have a membership or a previously purchased day pass:

-Click More Info to purchase a pass or membership

Once you’ve made your purchase, click Reserve to confirm your spot

Booking ahead is the best way to ensure your spot in class.

Step 3: How to Cancel Your Class Reservation

Can’t make it? Just be sure to cancel at least (insert hours here) hours before class starts to avoid a no-show.

To cancel:

1. Log in to your account

2. Select Reservations

3. Click on the class you want to cancel

4. Select Cancel next to your name

Canceling on time opens a spot for someone else—thank you!

Step 4: What to Do When You Arrive

First time visiting Bouldering Project?

-Arrive 15–20 minutes early

Check into the facility at the front desk using your membership or day pass

-You’ll receive a brief orientation covering facility layout, safety, and etiquette

-Then, head to the studio to check into class at the kiosk and enjoy class!

Check into the facility at the front desk or kiosk

Forgot to Register? Here’s What to Do

If you didn’t sign up ahead of time, you may still be able to join a class.

Watch: Registering on-site

If space allows:

1. Check into the facility at the front desk

2. Head to the studio kiosk

3. Click Register

4. Enter the 10-digit phone number associated with your account and tap Search

Select your profile and click Yes to register and check in

Enjoy your class!
