CIRCUIT SESSIONS
A weekly social climbing session for people who want to build skills while making new friends! This sesh is a space for our community to come together around the joyful obsession of climbing.

FLOW
Flow is a vinyasa-based yoga practice focused on linking breath to movement from pose to pose. Class sequences are set to an invigorating playlist to build strength, mobility, and full-body coordination.

MAT PILATES
Lengthen, strengthen, and slow down. This 60-min high intensity but low-impact class blends mindful movement with core and flexibility work to build strength, stability, and balance. You’ll focus on precise movements and breath control to deepen your mind-body connection and support overall mobility.

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
In this 60-minute class, you’ll have a mix of cardio and strength training designed to improve overall strength and endurance in a fun and motivating environment. Classes will incorporate kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, and/or resistance bands, along with bodyweight exercises. This class is suitable for any experience level.
