200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

Step into a learning experience that honors the full spectrum of yoga, from its ancient roots to its powerful application in today’s world. Our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training is a Yoga Alliance recognized program offering a deeply immersive, in-person journey, where learning is community-based, experiential, and supported by expert mentorship every step of the way.

Through live sessions, small group work, and real time feedback, you’ll gain the knowledge, confidence, and embodiment needed to step into your role as a teacher, or take your personal practice to the next level.

Yoga Teacher Training will take place October 14 – December 20, 2025.
