Vin/Yin a combination of warming, active Vinyasa flow and relaxing, prop-supported Yin yoga.
Slow Flow
Slow Flow is a slow-paced Vinyasa class that gives space to further explore the breath and engage with postures in a soothing, intentional way.
Movement
Movement incorporates foam roller therapy, mobility, posture assessment, natural movement, and injury management to improve the way you move in your daily life.
Family Yoga

Vinyasa II is similar to our Vinyasa offering with additional opportunities to safely explore complex postures and transitions. Expect a challenging and playful practice that will invite you to experience your edge. All levels are welcome.
Vin/Yin
Vin/Yin a combination of warming Vinyasa flow and restorative Yin yoga. In the first half of class, we move through an active Vinyasa sequence. In the last half, we experience grounding, prop-supported, long-held shapes. All levels are welcome.
Slow Flow
Slow Flow is a slow-paced Vinyasa flow class that allows ample opportunity to explore the subtlety of the breath and engage with postures in a soothing and intentional way. Enjoy the heightened awareness of breath and body connection as you transition through steady, mindful sequences. This class is accessible for all levels.
