Youth Teams

Climbing is a Path.

Our teams help youth develop as climbers, athletes, and humans. We foster growth through goal setting, critical thinking, and increasing confidence and resilience through a competitive platform.

A child wearing a harness and chalk bag climbs an indoor bouldering wall in Brooklyn, gripping large black holds with both hands and reaching out with his legs—an aspiring member of local Youth Teams, suspended above padded flooring.

Progressive Team

Progressive Team is geared towards youth athletes ages 9-18 who want to bring their climbing skills, strength, and movement to the next level. This team provides a focused environment for athletes who want to move beyond casual climbing and start developing their skills in an intentional way. Athletes will learn about training structure, receive the training needed to advance their climbing abilities, and get support in pursuing their climbing goals. If desired, our team is qualified and prepared to provide coaching for those interested in pursuing competitive climbing.
