Youth Teams

Climbing is a Path.

Our teams help youth develop as climbers, athletes, and humans. We foster growth through goal setting, critical thinking, and increasing confidence and resilience through a competitive platform.

ELITE TEAM

The Elite Team represents the highest level of youth climbing in our program. Invitation-only, this group is for athletes who demonstrate exceptional ability, work ethic, and commitment to competition at the national and international level. Elite climbers train bouldering and lead, serve as mentors for their teammates, and embody the perseverance and leadership that define our team culture.

Ages: 13-19

Practice Times: Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays | 4:30PM-7:30PM

Summer Practice Times: Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Independent

Cost: $460/month

PERFORMANCE TEAM

The Performance Team is for dedicated climbers who are ready to train at a higher level with the goal of competing at USAC Regional, Divisional, and National Championships. These athletes are committed to refining their physical, technical, and mental skills while upholding a strong team culture. Performance Team members are role models who lead by example, showing perseverance and passion for the sport. We recommend Performance Team athletes to have at least one year of competitive climbing experience.

Performance Team athletes may choose to specialize in bouldering or compete in both bouldering and lead.

Ages: 8-19

Practice Times: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (Bouldering only), Sundays (Bouldering + Ropes) | 4:30PM-7:30PM

Summer Practice Times: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays | 4:30PM-7:30PM

Cost: $425/month

SR COMP TEAM

The Senior Competitive Team is designed for teens who want to push their climbing to the next level through training and competition. Practices focus on developing strength, technique, problem-solving, and confidence in competition settings. Athletes build strong connections with teammates while challenging themselves in a fun and supportive environment.

Ages: 13-18

JR COMP TEAM

The Junior Competitive Team introduces athletes to the excitement of competition while building strength, technical skills, and confidence on the wall. Practices balance training with fun, helping climbers discover their potential in a supportive team culture. For athletes intrigued by competitive climbing, this is the perfect place to begin their journey.

Ages: 8-13

Cost: $300/month

SR DEVELOPMENTAL

The SR Developmental Team offers a positive and motivating space for teens who enjoy climbing and want to advance their skills without the commitment of competition. Coaches encourage athletes to take on new challenges, focus on personal growth, and develop both confidence and technical ability in a supportive team setting.

Ages: 13-18

Cost: $250/month

JR DEVELOPMENTAL

The JR Developmental Team is a welcoming, non-competitive program for young climbers who love the sport and want to improve their skills. Our coaches create a fun, supportive environment where athletes feel confident exploring challenges, building confidence, and developing a strong foundation for future growth.

Ages: 7-12

Practice Times: Mondays and Wednesdays | 4:30PM-6:30PM

Summer Practice Times: Mondays and Wednesdays | 4:30PM-6:30PM

Cost: $250/month

ROPE TEAM

Rope Team is an optional add-on for Jr and Sr Comp Team athletes who want to train for rope comps. Rope Team practices take place at an off-site rope facility on Sundays.
