Climbing to me is an incredibly personal journey. It’s a way to challenge ourselves mentally, physically, and socially. In my classes, you can expect a class that’s technical and detail-oriented. My goal is to help you climb more mindfully and with greater confidence!

I aim to build an easily adaptable plan focused around your goals to best fit your needs. It brings me so much joy to watch people learn, unlock moves, do things they never thought they could, and build community.

I have been coaching for the last 6 years, and love watching people grow on and off the wall. My coaching practice is rooted in movement analysis and mindset coaching. I want to help build your technical skills, strength, and motivation to push the limits of what you can do either one-on-one or in our Adult Team environment.
