At Seattle Bouldering Project, we offer over 90 yoga and fitness classes per week, which are included with entry to the gym!

Fitness - 1 Hour

Strength and Conditioning

This class is for every fitness level! In this strength and conditioning circuit you’ll get a progressive warm up and a full body workout.

Fitness - 90 Minutes

Movement (90 Minutes)

This playful, progressive class will take elements from gymnastics, martial arts, parkour, dance, handstands, strength training, and more to explore the universe of human movement patterns.

Fitness - 30 Minutes


Perfect for supplementing another class or climbing session. This class will activate and strengthen all core aspects of your body, including shoulders, back, abdominals, and hips. Expect to be challenged and have fun while working to find new stability in your body and greater functional strength.
