Power Flow
In a Power Flow yoga class you will dynamically move from one yoga posture to the next while connecting your breath to your movement. (75-85F).
Flow
Flow classes link breath and movement to fluidly move from one yoga posture to the next as you build strength, mobility, and coordination (75-80F).
Restore
This yoga class is a blend of movement, meditation, and stillness designed to support recovery, restoration, and ease. (75-80F).
Flow Immersion
Flow Immersion is a 90-minute class that offers experienced practitioners an opportunity to delve deeper into the subtle complexities of the yoga practice (75-85F).
Myofascial Release
Primarily utilizing yoga therapy balls, learn to release tight muscles through self-massageĀ (70-75F).

Restore
Restore classes will begin with slower intentional movement to warm up your body, and as class progresses you will move into a combination of static, restful, floor-based yoga postures from the Restorative and/or Yin Yoga lineages. Instructors may also incorporate restorative elements such as brief guided meditations or the use of self-massage balls. This class is suitable for anyone from beginners to experienced practitioners (75-80F).
Flow Immersion
These classes often include options to explore more complex postures (yoga asana) including arm balances, backbends, and inversions. This class is recommended for students with an established yoga practice (75-80F).
Myofascial Release
Consider this class the perfect way to recover and release tension before or after a workout or climbing session. Please note: Fitted, flexible clothing is ideal for myofascial release work (70-75F).
