Fly with Me Valentine’s Day Acro Yoga With Morgan & Lynnith
Kick off the week on a fun note! AcroYoga is a practice that pulls from elements of yoga, partner acrobatics, and Thai massage. Learn to base, fly, and spot with confidence as our instructors guide you through the basics of stacking, counterbalancing, inverting, and L-base poses/flows. Since this is a shared practice, you will also develop verbal and nonverbal communication skills, share laughter, and ultimately make new friends as you solve balance challenges together. No experience or partner required.

Galentine’s-Themed Playlist – Strength Bootcamp With Kristen – SOLD OUT!
Celebrate your pals with a fun class and Galentine’s-themed playlist. A twist on our signature fitness offering, this workout integrates total body strength with functional movement. Get ready for an engaging total body workout with dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, cardio drills, and more that will leave you feeling exhilarated and powerful.

Beginner Bouldering Technique
Whether you’ve only climbed once or been a member for months, this 90-minute class is for yellow, red, and green climbers looking to learn the basic climbing techniques, skills, and strategies necessary to unlock new movements and challenges. This class will cover a wide breadth of concepts from mental strategy to novel techniques that will give participants more confidence in their abilities moving forward.
