Rooftop Sunset Yoga | Summer 2024

Free for everyone!

Wednesdays from 6:30 – 7:30 PM

Join us for a sunset rooftop-flow! It’s 1-hour of vinyasa where you’ll get a chance to move, breathe, and rinse the work day away, all under the golden light of low solar angle.

On the rooftop of the Fairfield, with views downtown Manhattan and parts of Brooklyn. Come for the mindful movement, stay for the sunset, and do it all alongside some great peeps. Hope to see you there! Space is limited, so book now!

Slow Flow & Journaling w/ Kelly

Sunday, September 15  from 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM

Join us for a gentle yoga flow paired with journaling prompts. This combo provides a powerful opportunity to process what comes up while on the mat. For all levels aof yogis, this intention setting flow is a perfect Sunday activity for getting clear on what is most important to you in preparation for the week to come.

Journals, pens & prompts provided.

Recovery for Climbers

A workshop series, led by Caro Platiau, on physical recovery strategies using various props (golf balls/tennis balls, etc) for myofascial release and other recovery techniques.

What to expect during each 1 hour workshop:

  • Assess your aches, pains, & mobility.
  • Practice mobility, massage, & breathing techniques to incorporate into your climbing routine.
  • Gain tools to become a stronger, more efficient climber.

Tuesdays at  5 – 6 PM, led by Caro Plataiu

HIIT 45

Free for members. Non-members can access with day pass or punch pack.

A 45-minute, full-body, strength and cardio circuit (in the cardio-suite next to kids room) designed to build lean muscle and improve cardiovascular health.

Expect a high-intensity, all-levels, group-workout that is fun (type 2), fast-ish, & that can help you reach your climbing and fitness goals. You’ll be motivated to step up to your edge of possibility, and encouraged to stay in it by your peers pushing hard alongside you!
