Primal Movements

Crawl patterns and various functional movements to tap into instinct, build strength, & enhance mobility. Each class will include time to free-flow and creatively explore putting it all together. This class has been known to end in an ecstatic dance party. Come give it a try!

ClimbFit Games

REMEMBER TO PLAY…A workshop wholly designed to bring you more of that elusive concept – PLAY. Our fitness instructor will lead a variety of exercise-based games, challenging you to invite in the spirit-of-play as you push your body/mind. Like a field-day for grown-ups: expect wheel-barrell races, partner-sit-ups w/ a medicine ball, & more!
Get ready to make new friends, sweat, and most importantly get lots of laughs as we use the spirit-of-play and competition to reach new heights!
Practicing Gratitude: An Art Making & Yoga Workshop
Sunday, November 24 from 6:30 – 8:00 PM
Join us in community to celebrate the richness of this season! In this 90-minute workshop, we will explore themes of gratitude and abundance through guided meditation, a collective art making project, and a flow-to-restore movement sequence designed to integrate the sensory experience.
All art supplies provided.
All are welcome ~ “new” artists and yogis alike. Wear comfy clothes you can move in, and get ready to relax into a workshop where the love is in abundance!
Tools for Life: Building Your Personal Toolbox
Sunday, December 1 from 2:00 – 4:00 PM
Explore and develop powerful tools for cultivating resilience, with the goal of experiencing enhanced clarity on what’s really important to you. You’ll learn how to utilize various tools including breathwork, meditation, light movement (yoga), journaling, visualization and goal-setting towards greater self-care.
Journals, herbal tea, and light snack provided.
HIIT 45
Free for members. Non-members can access with day pass or punch pack.
A 45-minute, full-body, strength and cardio circuit (in the cardio-suite next to kids room) designed to build lean muscle and improve cardiovascular health.
Expect a high-intensity, all-levels, group-workout that is fun (type 2), fast-ish, & that can help you reach your climbing and fitness goals. You’ll be motivated to step up to your edge of possibility, and encouraged to stay in it by your peers pushing hard alongside you!
Intro to Hangboard
Wednesday, 11/13 at 6:30 – 7:45 PM
Tailored for climbers with ~1 year of experience who are ready to elevate their training! In this workshop, you’ll learn: effective warm-up techniques to prepare your body; an overview of the different types of hangboards and their unique benefits; and key principles of proper form to ensure safety and effectiveness.
